식물검역규정

· 수출국식물위생증명서가 필요한 제품목록

1. 목재류, 재식용 식물, 절화, 과일 및 채소, 감자
2. 개인용도로 가져온 소량의 식물 및 식물성 생산물은 EU회원국에서는 위생증명서 없이 반입이 가능하나 EU외 국가에서는 위생 증명서가 필요하다.

예를 들어, Erwinia amylovira의 기주식물은 EU외의 국가에서는 수입이 금지되며, 감자와 토양은 대부분의 EU외의 국가에서 수입이 금지된다. 수입에 대한 예외적 허용은 과학적 및 연구목적으로 사용되는 것만 가능하다.
