Animal diseases

• Foot-and-mouth diseases, highly pathogenic avian influenza, or any other new types of so-far unknown animal diseases that occur on a large scale
• Emergency response activities by animal disease control agency (e.g. Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forest and Fisheries (Animal, Plant and Fisheries Quarantine and Inspection Agency), Rural Development Administration (National Institute of Animal Science), local municipalities (including counties, cities, provinces, etc.)
• Animals sensitive to animal diseases infectious in animals as specified in the Act on Prevention of Animal Diseases Infectious in Animals
  ex) Oxen/cows, pigs, ducks, hens, goats, etc.
• Objects or substances already infected with or vulnerable to the pathogenic agents of animal diseases infectious in animals ex) Vehicles, excrements (from humans or animals), etc
